OmegaMario

Amorphos+ Spoilers

Posted by OmegaMario Jul. 28, 2008 @ 4:50 PM EDT

Alright, if you don't know what this game is, its this. This will tell you almost every secret in the game. Here goes.

~~~~~AWARDS (sorted by rows)~~~~~
1. all of them are defeating a new enemy, not hard.....usually...
2. this row is basically getting combos and bounty in one swing. There are 2 that miss-fit though. One of them is that you need to destroy 2 glooples that are forming together before they make the advanced form. The other is simple. Play in practice mode for 10 minutes. However, there is one of them that is supposed to be in the first row with the enemy defeating but is in this row cause it didn't fit...What? You thought there were only 17 monsters? Think again! ;) * Explination is at the bottom*
3. The first are just completing the nests. I would do them in order if I were you. The next 7 involve death. 4 of those involve number of times dieing. The other 3 are dieing different ways. These are a little hard to do because you can't do it in practice mode (like another award...). The final 7 are how long you've played the game. Trust me, you'll get these easy.
4. The first 10 are how high of a score you get until you die. The rest of them are how long you survive in Bounty Run.
5. This row is basically the same as the first row, except you have to kill multiple enemies for the award. But, just like the first row, there is another award that is supposed to be in the 5th row but is in the 6th.
6. ok. these are tough to figure out. so im gonna explain them ALL! I'll start on the left and move to the right.
1) Can't tell! ;) If you want to know desperatly, its at the bottom.
2) Pause the game for 2 straight minutes. Take a bathroom break, lol.
3) Change the music 5 times.
4) Get an EXACT score of 777.
5) Get killed by a biter at the edge of the screen.
6) Don't swing your sword for 30 seconds.
7) Scare a clutter off the screen.
8) Kill something while blinded by an Inkie.
9) Knock a sharp of the screen with your sword.
10) Kill a monster by reflecting a sharp at the monster.
11) Shave off 1 fuzzle's fur off 3 times. Not 2, but 1.
12) Defuse 10 of a torchies little fire tracks.
13) Deflect 5 of a Queen's attacks. What is a Queen you say? Explination is at the bottom.
14) Get 10 consecutive combos. Not that hard. Just wait for your chances.
15) Defeat 4 different kinds of glooples in one swing.
16) Beat a whole nest wtihout getting touched ONCE. That also includes sticky stuff and ink.
17) Beat a nest with a clutter baby stuck to you.
7. This row is kinda the same, except it involves injuries.
1) Get hit by an inkie and survive after the blindness.
2) Get hit by a frostie and survive the after effect of ice. Just like clutters, shake off the ice.
3) Survive a massive explosion. Torchies will do the trick.
4) Survive a fire.
5) Get bumped 30 times.
6) Get completely covered in clutters. Note: this is useful for getting combos.
7) Spend a minute in sticky goo.
8) Swing your sword against something hard 50 times.
Well, there's thw awards for ya, now for the REwards.
~~~~~REWARDS (starting from the top left and ending at the bottom right)~~~~~
1. SPRINT: Makes you run faster.
2. GRENADE: YA! You know what this does. I suggest getting this second.
3. LURE: Lures enemies towards this device.
4. INHIBITOR: Makes spawn limit decrease.
5. HAZARD SUIT: Protects you from fire, acid, ice, ink, and goo for a short time.
6. SAW DRONE: Basically a homing helicopter. Doesn't last very long, but is fast and useful.
7. INSTANT WALL: Creates a wall...ya, sounds dumb, but is very useful for blocking physical attacks.
8. REPULSOR: Pushes enemies away from the device...Obviously, you stay inside the force field.
9. BOX GUN: Can fire 30 bullets at enemies.
10. TELEPORTER: ...you know what this does too.
11. REACTIVE ARMOR: This is basically like an extra life. GET THIS FIRST! Its left of the black lock.
12. RAZOR GLAIVE: Dun Dun Duuuuuun. A very powerful sword, ko's almost anything in one hit!

And now, the best part. THE ENEMIES!

~~~~~ENEMIES AND HOW TO KILL THEM (even the 18th one! :D)~~~~~
1. Gloople: Doesn't hurt you at all, kill them if nothing else is there to bother you.
2. Stikie: Once popped, it'll release sticky goo. Try not to bump it.
3. Biter: Fast and annoying. Either attack it head on, or move out of the way and then strike.
4. Meltie: Once popped, it'll release acid. Destroy it, and run, lol.
5. Sharp: Turns into a spicky ball. To beat it, either knock it off the screen or go behind it and swing at it when it retreats its spikes.
6. Clutter: Reproduces if babies latch on to you. Shake them off by rotating the mouse around your guy. To beat them easy, chase them off the screen or strike them right when they release a baby. You get more points if you swat a baby an an adult.
7. Inkie: Fast blob that can blind you if it hits you. Once popped, it releases ink that you can slip on. Get rid of these head on (apply directly to the forhead, lol) and FAST.
8. Grinder. They roll over you, the end. To beat it, either explode it, move it in acid, or make it clash with another grinder. Then, swat at it 5 times.
9. Fuzzle: Much like a Biter. Hit it three times, just beat it like a Biter.
10. Oozle: Combination of 2 glooples. It follows you slowly. Go behind it and swat at it 3 times.
11. Torchie: Leaves behind fire tracks, lights ink puttles on fire, and can burn things it touches. DON'T KILL IT WHEN ITS ON FIRE! YOU'LL BLOW UP! Instead wait for it to cool down or drag it into a sticky puddle, then strike.
12. Frostie: Very fast and can freeze things that it touches. I would just drag it off the screen. Then again, its more fun to kill it and shake yourself out of the ice before you get killed. =D
13. Gray: Combination of a gloople and a Oozle. It can harden if danger strikes it. Easy to beat, really. Get away from it, but make it face you. When it uses it's dagger thingy attack, slice its body and repeat 2 more times.
14. Amalgam: Can obsorbe other glooples and grow bigger. Once big, it can multiply. The bigger it is, the slower it goes. Lol, I made it so big once that it moved backwards XD! Simple. Blow it up with a grenade. If you want an award though, defeat it like an oozle. Beware the babies, kill them.
15. Horror: Combination of 2 biters. Tough to beat... Just avoid it and wait for it to release 4 spiky boomerang things, then strike the core. Beware, it can create more biters with the teeth attack.
16. Void eater: Combination of a gloople and a gray. Head for the hills! Don't go near it, or you will be obliterated. Try only to attack in when its about to fire its deminshinal rip beam.
17. Queen: Leader of the glooples. Has sharp claws that can tear you in half or rip your head off. Can easily be beat with a Razor Glaive, simply strike at the farthest spot that is strikable. If you have the normal sword, just try to hit it RIGHT when it strikes you. Beware it can regenerate if a bug is inside another gloople.
And now, what you have been waiting for. The mystery of the black lock and the 18th enemy...try to survive till you meet it though...
~~~~~RAZOR QUEEN~~~~~

This thing is BIG. It has many attacks, but there is one that leaves it out for an attack. Its where it charges at you. Step to the side and swat it, then run. Sorry, I'm not gonna bother explaining all its attacks because there is too much to explain. However, I can tell you that it dies in 5 hits, 2 hits with a Razor Glaive. Enjoy.

REMEMBER! The awards that were a "secret" contrast to beating the Razor Queen. The one in the second row is for beating it. The one in the 6th row is for beating it twice. Also, If you completly forgot, when you beat a Razor Queen, you can get the black key lock open.

Well, thats it! Hope you got everything you needed. Have fun destroying goop.

EDIT: I decided to add tips too.

~~~~~TIPS~~~~~
1. If you want the 8 combo swing, have A LOT of clutters stick to you, then shake them off, followed by an immediate swing. You should get the "Unbelievible Swing" award.
2. If you want to kill a Grinder, make it clash with another one, attack it with the good sword, OR soke it in acid, then hit it five times. If you have the good sword, hit it 2 times. Including the large bounty earned by killing it (100), try killing it with 2 other enemies. You'll get the 300 bounty award and any bounty award lower than that.
3. Tip from Dragonheart91:
Hey, I believe I found out a trick to find Razor Queens if anyone is interested.
Go to a small nest, kill until there are 14 glopples left, and then stall. I have never encountered a normal queen with 14 glopples left, and I have found a Razor Queen 4 times in a row so far using this method. (When I say stall, I mean don't kill anything.)
Also, I find the box gun more useful for helping against the Razor Queen because she will ignore you to try and kill it. When she does, you can score free hits. (And the box gun usually does 1 hit of damage as well from either shooting or self-destructing.)
Ok. NOW have fun.
To anyone who thinks I don't have them all...tada.
Ooh. Very nice. I've gotten most of them already. But this will help to get the one's I don't have. :) Also, can you encounter the Razor Queen only in the fast ramp of bounty mode? I mean, I was in bounty mode a moment ago. I lagged out terribly. I took one random swing as I was skipping. everything dissapeared. Then when I stopped lagging. "RED QUEEN!" killed her some how.. Was too lagged too notice. :)
Jul. 28, 2008 | 5:46 PM OmegaMario responds:
You can just change the quality lower to make it smoother. However, I like it slower because I have more time to react. And by "RED QUEEN", you mean the normal one, right?
Jul. 28, 2008 | 5:36 PM MrSoup says:
cool
Jul. 29, 2008 | 9:26 AM OmegaMario responds:
ya, It took forever to type. @_@
Jul. 28, 2008 | 6:03 PM StuffyOne says:
I think I do mean the normal one. Was in bounty mode. Didn't get a special key. So probably.
Jul. 28, 2008 | 6:50 PM OmegaMario responds:
Ya, it was normal. So, what rewards are you using? I used the reactive armor and grenade to make it to the boss. Grenades are VERY usefull against the Razor Queen. But beware, kill it with a grenade and you don't get an award.
P.S. It takes 5 hits to kill it.
Jul. 29, 2008 | 7:16 AM Catobleppa says:
So, thanks for the spoilers, I'll tell you what you miss:
17 6th line: Purple Heart : Clear a nest with a purple baby still attached
4 7th line: Burn Ward : survive getting on fire
I never encounter neither Queens or Razor Queens, but somebody told me that there is a possibility to encouter it at the end of every nest.
Jul. 29, 2008 | 9:24 AM OmegaMario responds:
alright, thanks for the info! Btw, You CAN encounter a queen in a nest, but only a Razor Queen in Bounty Run.
Jul. 29, 2008 | 6:08 PM viviperous says:
How exactly do you get the Razor Glaive? I'm gonna go ahead and guess that you have to get everything else first, but I have no idea. This guide thing helped me, thanks.
Jul. 29, 2008 | 6:30 PM OmegaMario responds:
You have to beat a Razor Queen, read the second to last paragraph.
And your welcome
Jul. 29, 2008 | 6:12 PM Ruubsje says:
Great! At least now I know which 2 awards I miss! Putting out 10 little fires and shaving a fuzzie! lol, can't use my Razor Glaive for that tough =(
I beat the Razor Queen using the SCAER (box gun) and armor for the extra live. As soon as the box gun is fully deployed, the Razor queen will go after the gun and not you, this will easily get you 2-3 free hits!
Anyways, nice thing of you to do! And good job doing it too!!! Oh, and congrats for unlocking all the awards and rewards ;-)
Jul. 29, 2008 | 6:31 PM OmegaMario responds:
Cool. I just don't trust weapons because if it kills them, you don't get an award for killing it. YOU have to kill it. And thanks!
Jul. 29, 2008 | 7:18 PM OmegaMario says:
Edited! Also, you CAN encounter a Razor Queen in nest mode.
Jul. 29, 2008 | 9:22 PM SolidSpartan says:
Awesome! Thanks for all the spoilers. But is the armor usable once per play session or once in the entire game?
Jul. 30, 2008 | 8:34 AM OmegaMario responds:
yes, once per battle.
Jul. 29, 2008 | 10:00 PM ShiningIdeal says:
Wow - a really great guide. I would just note that the Hazard Suit is amazing. It can last a while as long as you don't do anything blatant.
It protects you from being blinded by an inky, having a clutter stay on you, even minimized the field on a void eater I believe. As well as giving you the ability to not be frozen, burned or be stickied or meltied. For my money its as valuable if not more than the Armor.
Jul. 30, 2008 | 8:36 AM OmegaMario responds:
yea, but the problem is, if you wear both armors (though it looks cool) you have no more space left to use weapons. (Assuming you didn't get all the awards)
Jul. 30, 2008 | 2:07 AM AS2-16 says:
Its a great guide. I'm still lacking a good amount of stuffs, but this can sure help. Though I can rarely get queens/razor queens to pop out. I should try again.
Jul. 30, 2008 | 8:37 AM OmegaMario responds:
Keep tryin! Bounty mode works the best if you want to beat up new badies though.
Jul. 30, 2008 | 11:45 AM AS2-16 says:
You know, I find the queen harder than the razor queen, at least the latter is a bit more open when she lunges.
The queen however, you need to adjust even more as you can just deflect each other's attacks and then she slices you. Though I find positioning your weapon so that she's at your left the most effective if you are trying to do such, the initial movement should stop her or if you got the 1st hit, kill her before the blockings occur.
Jul. 30, 2008 | 12:52 PM OmegaMario responds:
Ya, at a point, it was harder for me too. However, once you get the good sword, you can swing at her as far away as possible (while still in the hitting range) and kill her without her even blocking. Why? Because all of the enemies are used to the old sword. Keep that in mind.
Jul. 30, 2008 | 2:24 PM TheSavant says:
Awesome, man... I've gotten 83 awards so far, but I'm really having troubles even seeing a razor queen. I'm getting queens pretty often, but the razor queen hasn't made a single appearence. Any suggestions? I have been playing with the newly added hardcore mode because I'm thinking that should help to bring her on sooner, any idea if that notion is correct?
Also, I found a nice little bug for those who need to kill a razor queen. When you play a hardcore mode bounty run on the fast difficulty, if you rety after dying the new level will only spawn a queen every few minutes and no other glooples. Use this if you want to splat a queen, or if you want to get all the endurance time awards, put up a turret and you can just read a book the ten minutes it'll take to get all the awrads because you will not be touched.
Jul. 30, 2008 | 2:29 PM OmegaMario responds:
ya, this happend to me b4. Except it was with RAZOR queens. To see a razor queen, you must see EVERY kind of gloople first.
Jul. 30, 2008 | 4:16 PM TheSavant says:
Oh really? Thanks. That's my problem. I haven't seen horrors or the abyss things. I'll have to make that happen, then. :)
Jul. 30, 2008 | 5:05 PM OmegaMario responds:
Be careful though. Its hard to do....and its agrivating having to wait.
Updated: Jul. 30, 2008, 5:05 PM
Jul. 30, 2008 | 7:01 PM Ruubsje says:
YES!!! I got all the awards! I'M KING!!!!!
Alright, sorry for that... just needed to brag for a moment... (Got proof on my user page ;-) )
Jul. 30, 2008 | 7:08 PM OmegaMario responds:
Congradulations! But you're not the first =p. lol
Admit it. You needed help from the guide.
Jul. 30, 2008 | 7:24 PM Ruubsje says:
I admit, I used your guide. BUT, I did not needed it, it would've been a matter of time before I accidently stumbled across the 2 I was missing ;-) thanks though!
Jul. 30, 2008 | 7:29 PM OmegaMario responds:
Your welcome...I had to say something. I'm trying to respond to every comment! Lol
Jul. 30, 2008 | 10:27 PM SolidSpartan says:
Cool, but how do you wear both armors?
Jul. 30, 2008 | 10:35 PM OmegaMario responds:
you equip both of them! =P
duh.
Jul. 30, 2008 | 10:56 PM SolidSpartan says:
Is there some kind of glitch or something I'm supposed to do? Because when I equip one it just switches to the other one =(
Jul. 31, 2008 | 9:12 AM OmegaMario responds:
do you have 2 or 3 weapon slots?
Jul. 31, 2008 | 10:07 AM SolidSpartan says:
... No ... =(
How do you get those >_<
Jul. 31, 2008 | 11:13 AM OmegaMario responds:
you earn enough awards to hold up to 2 items. So earn them.
Jul. 31, 2008 | 10:36 AM sirguyman says:
when do you meet the razor queen??
Jul. 31, 2008 | 11:14 AM OmegaMario responds:
I met it in bounty mode, AFTER I saw all the enemies in the game
Jul. 31, 2008 | 11:44 AM AS2-16 says:
I still got 5 more awards to go...
You mentioned that Razor queens only come out at Bounty Hunts. She revealed herself twice near the end of the 500 nest run... times when I should have been able to finish it.
Jul. 31, 2008 | 11:55 AM OmegaMario responds:
Well, b4 you even said this, try looking at the guide instead of the comments. =P
Jul. 31, 2008 | 12:06 PM SolidSpartan says:
Well ... how many do I need for one?
Jul. 31, 2008 | 1:45 PM OmegaMario responds:
uh......................I can't remember...but it will say that you got a "S" slot avaliable once you collect alot of awards. I think you need...55? Idk, just follow the guide and you should get it know time flat.
Jul. 31, 2008 | 3:22 PM Aardwolf says:
I can only equip one reward! There's an "A" and nothing more. How can you equip multiple rewards?
Jul. 31, 2008 | 3:33 PM OmegaMario responds:
You have to earn enough awards in order to have another slot
Jul. 31, 2008 | 3:53 PM Aardwolf says:
How much is enough to get a second reward slot? I got 50 awards so far.
Jul. 31, 2008 | 4:41 PM OmegaMario responds:
I think it is 55 awards
Jul. 31, 2008 | 4:04 PM ShiningIdeal says:
As OmegaMario said, 55 is the magic number for the S slot.
Jul. 31, 2008 | 4:41 PM OmegaMario responds:
I THINK so....
Jul. 31, 2008 | 6:23 PM KamiCosmic says:
Listen, I'm having a lot of trouble finding the torchie and frostie. How did you come across it?
Jul. 31, 2008 | 9:52 PM OmegaMario responds:
just keep playing until you see one. Simple, don't die, lol
Jul. 31, 2008 | 6:25 PM Aardwolf says:
It was indeed 55 awards to get the second reward slot.
There's something very evil about the box gun, if you swing where it shoots, the bullet deflects and may sometimes kill you.
Jul. 31, 2008 | 9:54 PM OmegaMario responds:
Ya, that happened 2 my friend b4. I don't know how it happens, but it just does.
Jul. 31, 2008 | 6:30 PM KamiCosmic says:
Starngely enough right after looking at this guide... i encountered a torchie! (Weird huh? Luck of the guide i guess)
Jul. 31, 2008 | 9:55 PM OmegaMario responds:
no, its carma, lol.
Jul. 31, 2008 | 8:22 PM Battosai11 says:
Lol uh yea lol uhh wait wat did want to say...
oh yea! how do you use 2 rewards at once??
Jul. 31, 2008 | 9:55 PM OmegaMario responds:
read ze comments
Jul. 31, 2008 | 8:23 PM Battosai11 says:
oh no wait dont reply to my other comment i didnt see the others.
Jul. 31, 2008 | 9:56 PM OmegaMario responds:
whoops...lol
Aug. 1, 2008 | 2:04 AM veyn says:
hey, how do you get keys? i dont see this mentioned anywhere
Aug. 1, 2008 | 9:23 AM OmegaMario responds:
Its mentiond in the instructions! -_-
you need 10 awards.
Aug. 1, 2008 | 5:39 AM allenmischief says:
how do you use an item
Aug. 1, 2008 | 9:25 AM OmegaMario responds:
Item, weapon, whatever you want to call it...you u click on the one you want to use, then use A. Know why you use A? BECAUSE THE GREEN A MEANS YOU USE A!
Aug. 1, 2008 | 12:56 PM PeanutCl0ck says:
Thanks for the awesome guide man, its really helpful. Although it would take some time to do this, I think a lot of people would greatly appreciate it if you specifically listed each of the awards, and also, which awards can you get in practice mode?
Thanks again!
Aug. 1, 2008 | 3:19 PM OmegaMario responds:
Well, there is one you can get in practice mode: play in practice for 10 minutes. Not sure if you can get any others...
Aug. 1, 2008 | 4:45 PM PeanutCl0ck says:
I noticed that some people say that you can equip two reward items, but I tried but I can't do it, do I have to get a certain number of awards or what to be able to do so? Nice guide by the way, very helpful.
Aug. 1, 2008 | 8:15 PM OmegaMario responds:
I don't have to answer that because.......
Aug. 1, 2008 | 4:46 PM PeanutCl0ck says:
Nevermind, I just saw the other comment...
Aug. 1, 2008 | 8:15 PM OmegaMario responds:
.......you know it, lol
Aug. 1, 2008 | 10:39 PM wji14 says:
Wait, can you still get the Good sword by killing the Queen with stuff like a grenade or turret?
Aug. 2, 2008 | 10:50 AM OmegaMario responds:
nope.
Aug. 1, 2008 | 11:28 PM AS2-16 says:
Well, I really will have to thank you a lot on this. I only have 1 more award to obtain and that's the 3 Queen killed award (I still lack one more, strange how I've seen more Razor Queens than the regular kind). You got some idea how to easily find them?
Aug. 2, 2008 | 10:50 AM OmegaMario responds:
no, not really, I would suggest bounty mode on hardcore though.
Aug. 2, 2008 | 2:52 AM ApocolypsticDemon says:
Ive never seen a sharp, though ive seen everything else (Excluding the Razor Queen) is it a fusion of 2 monsters? Also, in my opinion, Void Eaters are alot tougher than normal queens. *TIP: The SCAER will take out a Void Eater easy seeing as its ranged and it can take a beating, but you wont get an award*
Aug. 2, 2008 | 10:53 AM OmegaMario responds:
a sharp and a queen are it itself, no fusions. Are you kidding? Void eaters are REALLY easy to kill, just wait for it to use its dark beam thingy.
I'm not gonna bother adding that hint because people need to learn to do things without weapons, like me.
Aug. 2, 2008 | 3:04 AM ApocolypsticDemon says:
Also, what makes an Amalgan? ive only seen it once and i didnt manage to kill it....
*TIP: SCAERS one hit ko Oozle, Grays, Horrors, and Amalgans, and even a normal queen*
Aug. 2, 2008 | 10:55 AM OmegaMario responds:
nothing makes an Amalgan. It just appears randomly.
That tip also works with grenades...lol, your boring, doing it the noob way...
Aug. 2, 2008 | 2:44 PM PeanutCl0ck says:
I think I have a good idea of what reward Items you should get in order from first to last:
1. Reactive Armor
2. Grenade
3. SCAER (Box Gun) or Saw Drone
4. Repulsor
5. Lure (Might help get those combos in the beginning of a non-hardcore round and a few awards in the process!)
6. Hazard Suit
and the rest don't matter to much I guess.
Feel free to add this, you can take credit for it if you want, since the first two on the list are what you recomended.
Aug. 2, 2008 | 3:56 PM OmegaMario responds:
stop doing that! lol
Aug. 2, 2008 | 6:53 PM GENZealot says:
So i'm unclear as to how the granade is useful. You use it once and then you have to wait about 30 seconds to use it again, and you only really need it when the situation is really tense, but it takes a few seconds for the granade to go off anyway. By the time it explodes, you're probably dead anyway. I'm at 101 awards, but i've still yet to see a rasor queen, and the only time i've killed a regular queen, it was my armour that killed it, so i didn't get the rewards.
I find the biohazard suit useful, as it stops freezing, burning, sliming, sliding, blinding, and having little purple guys stick to you. But even with this, and the armour, i'm unable to survive long enough to fight the rasor queen. Any tips? How did you make use of the granade?
Aug. 4, 2008 | 10:35 AM OmegaMario responds:
i just use it when there are alot of glooples ready to form around you. I would throw a grenade on top of yourself and run. BAM
Aug. 2, 2008 | 7:02 PM GENZealot says:
So i just came face to face with the famous razor queen. Unfortunately, i stood no chance. I got to retry three times, and still failed. Starting from the beginning...
Aug. 3, 2008 | 10:26 AM OmegaMario responds:
MAHA!
Aug. 2, 2008 | 10:11 PM wji14 says:
i encountered a Razor queen at the end of a Small Nest
Aug. 3, 2008 | 10:26 AM OmegaMario responds:
so what qualifies as surviving a fire? 'cause I've burned up a few times now and can't figure it out.
Aug. 3, 2008 | 10:27 AM OmegaMario responds:
first burn up, then hit yellow goo. Simple as that.
Aug. 3, 2008 | 2:59 AM AS2-16 says:
Surviving fire... try to find ways how to stop getting bbqed. You should be able to find clues as how to do it.
Aug. 3, 2008 | 12:55 PM laserbeam says:
ok... first of all the guide is great but still i didn't understand a few things out of it
- it sais deflect 5 of qween's attacks... which qween? red or razor?
- if i use a grenade on the razor queen do i have to hit her 4 more times or does she die?
- how many of each blob do you have to kill to get their multiple kill award? i know i could just kill and see... but i get tired of trying to create voids and horrors (here are the ones i know about)
gloople 1000
stikies 100
biters 70
melties 50
clutter 50
inkies 30
oozles 15
fuzzles 20
spikes 10
torchies 6
grinders 4
apart from that... i can't freaking get the 8 hit combo... i tried the clutter method but i either get a bitty or a meltie in my face when i do it or i dont shake them off fast enough... grr :D (suggestions welcome but i have a feeling you'll say "keep tring")
PS - sorry for any typos
Aug. 3, 2008 | 3:25 PM OmegaMario responds:
1. Well, if I just said "Queen" what do you think it would be? -_-
2. Hit ther 4 more times
3. I can't remember, but do what I just did, keep killing them. =D
Aug. 3, 2008 | 5:15 PM Krabman77 says:
Aug. 4, 2008 | 10:35 AM OmegaMario responds:
Aug. 3, 2008 | 6:14 PM PeanutCl0ck says:
Yeah, sorry 'bout that, no hard feelings man.
:/
Aug. 4, 2008 | 10:37 AM OmegaMario responds:
huzzah, friendly conclusion
Aug. 3, 2008 | 6:23 PM Krabman77 says:
Damn, I've been playing this game for 45 minutes and i can't even complete a small nest!
Is this normal?
Aug. 4, 2008 | 10:37 AM OmegaMario responds:
yes
Aug. 3, 2008 | 10:33 PM PeanutCl0ck says:
It took me a while to complete a small nest, but it helps if you have the Grenade or SCAER, grenades help take out large ammounts of gloopies at once helping you reach completion faster. Turrets can get in thirty kills unless it hits your sword in that case it doesn't hit a target, but that is a very rare occurence, the Reactive armor helps alot too.
Aug. 4, 2008 | 10:38 AM OmegaMario responds:
yes........................yet another 3 letter reply, lol
Aug. 4, 2008 | 2:29 AM Swampert260 says:
Can you explain the "survive an explosion" award? I know it says torchies will help but I always hit them and my armor falls off or I die.
Aug. 4, 2008 | 10:38 AM OmegaMario responds:
make a torchie run into an inkie or a grinder
Aug. 4, 2008 | 3:49 AM Koikii says:
Just a little add-on to your guide about killing Grinders... if your Reactive Armor explodes near one, it also takes off the outter rock, allowing for you to hurt it.
Its a good tactic if you're near death or want to rack up a good score.
Aug. 4, 2008 | 10:39 AM OmegaMario responds:
no, thats a terrible idea. =D
Who would want to waste their armor just to kill one guy?
Aug. 4, 2008 | 3:57 PM reddrado135 says:
Ty for this... But seriously, you play it too much.
Aug. 4, 2008 | 8:17 PM OmegaMario responds:
actually, I stop playing like...2 days after I posted the guide. =O
Aug. 4, 2008 | 4:06 PM PeanutCl0ck says:
I had about 15-ish kills left on the big nest and just when I think I'm home free, I run into a queen which I mistook for a torchie (it resembled a flame at first glance) and I rushed it, then... well yeah.
Aug. 4, 2008 | 8:18 PM OmegaMario responds:
Ouch. Sucks.
Aug. 4, 2008 | 9:05 PM Koikii says:
I blow up my armor on purpose when there are a lot of glooples and a grinder, so I can get a really nice combo.
Aug. 8, 2008 | 4:30 PM OmegaMario responds:
thats the noob way =P
Aug. 9, 2008 | 1:32 AM Dragonheart91 says:
Hey, I believe I found out a trick to find Razor Queens if anyone is interested.
Go to a small nest, kill until there are 14 glopples left, an then stall. I have never encountered a normal queen with 14 glopples left, and I have found a Razor Queen 4 times in a row so far using this method. (When I say stall, I mean don't kill anything.)
Also, I find the box gun more useful for helping against the Razor Queen because she will ignore you to try and kill it. When she does, you can score free hits. (And the box gun usually does 1 hit of damage as well from either shooting or self-destructing.)
Aug. 9, 2008 | 8:56 AM OmegaMario responds:
Hmmm.....good strategy...I'll add it to the list
Aug. 9, 2008 | 11:39 AM GENZealot says:
So i tried that trick. Went to a small next, waited till 14 left... stalled... Then an Amalgam shows up.... I tried to not kill it but it collected everyone else until there were 14 Amalgam on the screen! Finally i decide to granade them... I must... find... a... rasor... queen....
Aug. 10, 2008 | 9:26 AM OmegaMario responds:
hahaha, have you tried to make 1 BIG amalgam in practice mode? I showed a picture to Caleb, and he was stunned, lol.
Aug. 9, 2008 | 11:48 AM GENZealot says:
Hey it worked this time. A horror was created, who made a bunch of biteys, and then a rasor queen appeared! hazah! Now to figure out how to kill it...
Aug. 10, 2008 | 9:29 AM OmegaMario responds:
Well, there is one big weakness to the raZor Queen, and thats in the guide. Once you get used to it, you can kill to raZor queens in 10 seconds in pratice mode...I have done it before.......notice I'm capitalizing the Z in razor........I'm just correcting your spelling. =P
Aug. 10, 2008 | 5:35 PM flyboy816 says:
Aug. 11, 2008 | 10:58 AM scorpion111 says:
woot; i defeated the 3 void walkers... geez, in my case i was unlucky
Aug. 11, 2008 | 5:45 PM OmegaMario responds:
You can kill then pretty quickly. Just look in the guide under ENEMIES.
Aug. 11, 2008 | 7:34 PM flyboy816 says:
Aug. 12, 2008 | 6:22 PM OmegaMario responds:
Aug. 12, 2008 | 11:32 PM flyboy816 says:
